Have you ever heard of a show called “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” that was on in the 90’s? Yes? I thought so.
Well most of the cast haven’t really been in the public eye since then, with the exception of Allison Hanigan who landed a part in American Pie & How I Met Your Mother. Sarah Michelle Gellar has been in horror movies (The Grudge, Possession), James Marsters has been at a hole bunch of conventions and had a run on Smallville, Seth Green is … well the Seth Green of Family Guy & Robot Chicken, but what has Emma Caufield been up to, ya know Anya?
Well she’s been writing a little webcomic titled “Contropussy“

Hey All!
As you probably know, I had a blast at Wizard World Toronto this year!
Saw some great art & hung out with some amazing people.
This is a video of one of those great times: Carol & I got to meet for the first time in person after conversing muchly on Twitter & on the interwebs.
You’ll see that Carol got to feed me gamer snacks. We also expose several superheroes as frauds – they cant even open a snack pack! Indestructible adamantium.. pfft yeah right!
Anyway, here it is!

Cute pink things attract the girl in me while gadgets appeal more to the nerd in me.
I just love something that embraces multiple parts of me like this:
A pink Wii remote with motion plus that sells for just under 50$ on Amazon!!

Blogbits informs me of this little flashdrive, coming in three sizes depending on your flow: light 1GB, Regular 8GB, and Heavy16GB :P. This hasn’t been released yet but keep an eye on meninos for the launch & price. My one hope is that it is NOT made of cotton, no one wants a mix up :P

Hello Internet,
I am Alice Quinn & I am thrilled to be with you today! I am a geeky chick from Toronto who loves comics, cartoons, video games and the internet. I will attempt to enlighten you on some strange comic stuff that you have never seen before or stuff that is just odd and amazing.
With that in mind I have for you a comic & a cartoon you might enjoy. First up we have the Fleischer Brothers’ Betty Boop in Snow White made in 1933 featuring Cab Calloway. Interesting fact when Koko the Klown starts dancing Max Fleischer is actually using a animation technique called rotoscoping (that the Fleischers invented!). They filmed Calloway dancing & projected it onto their drawing tables so they could trace his movements frame by frame to make the motion more realistic. This is still considered one of the greatest cartoons of all time, Enjoy!
